Methods of shipping
FedEx is our preferred carrier. We will ship your order from our distribution center in Deerfield Beach, FL or Los Angeles, CA. We also use a variety of other major carriers to support our larger deliveries. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All estimated ship times are in business days. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order prior to shipping.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Delivery, Special Handling and Oversize charges are based on total value of your order and the size, shape or weight of the item(s) being purchased. All orders received over $250.00 will be shipped with a signature requested for delivery.
When shipping orders to Alaska or Hawaii only Standard 5 to 9 Business Day service is available. APO/FPO orders will be shipped via the U.S.P.S. and delivery times will be longer. To inquire about ordering items to ship APO/FPO boxes please call 1-954-957-9917 or email: email@example.com.
If there is a delay in the shipping of part of your order, we will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected. Also, please note, depending on the size of the item ordered and the number of pieces requested, all items ordered may not arrive in the same box or on the same day. How do I return an item?
When accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in its original packaging and in saleable condition, regularly priced merchandise can be returned for store credit within 3 days of delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 3 days of receiving the goods, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Special order merchandise or goods bought on sale or in connection with a promotion is not returnable. Any item that has been used in any manner cannot be returned. Please understand that this policy prevents our clients from possibly receiving any items that could possibly have been used by others!
Merchandise returned without original packaging is subject to approval based on selling condition and/or 15% repackaging fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable or subject to store credit.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- To request a return or exchange a purchase, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please indicate the reason for the return.
- Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. This is very important as no credit will be given for goods that arrive back to us in damaged condition. We recommend you insure all packages. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Due to the seasonality of some items, holiday merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after the holiday date has passed.

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable for items purchased online. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged. Please contact us prior to returning the items. IMPULSE! Enterprises will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for Fed ex pick up and or inspection.
If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for return shipping expenses at our discretion. IMPULSE! Enterprises may only reimburse you for the ground shipping expense that was charged for shipping the item(s) originally to you. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.
In addition to being sold on our website, IMPULSE! Enterprises products are sold by retailers and design showrooms throughout the world.
